Armenia

This series was made while traveling through Armenia. I photographed along the way, responding to the landscapes, small towns, and moments that appeared without expectation.

There was no fixed direction in how the images were made. Instead, the work grew out of being present and paying attention to what was in front of me.

The photographs are simple observations, shaped by distance and time. Together they form a loose impression of a place that is difficult to define, but felt in passing moments.
